They find the person who struck her, only problem is that the man is a diplomat who has diplomatic immunity. Olivia goes to see the President to ask him to have the man's immunity lifted. But he refuses to do anything. Olivia is then called by someone from the White House who offers to help her. David continues to investigate why Quinn's case was derailed and discovers someone powerful.

So David goes to Olivia to try and get Huck released. She does and she asks him to help find the one who tried to kill the President.
