    Benny has a date with another retarded young woman from his support group that doesn't go well at all. After witnessing the murder of John Vincent, Grace angrily quits her new partnership after learning of all the mob connections her place has and starts to develop her "domestic side." Meanwhile, Kelsey and Markowitz go to court to testify against the so-called "yuppie bandit" who stole Markowitz's Rolex watch that Kelsey bought with money from Roxanne's insider stock tips. Becker goes beyond the bounds of propriety while representing Jack Seiling, an actor attempting to prevent his TV show producer, Jamie Needham, from airing an embarrassing program of him in drag while Becker is revealed to be romantically involved with Jamie who has staged this suit just for publicity reasons for her studio which angers Becker's colleges at the firm.

    Rollins represents a comedian suing his ex-wife for heckling him on stage. Meanwhile, Abby emphasizes with Diane Campbell, a divorcée suing her ex-husband for years of spouse abuse and who feels more abuse by the process. Kelsey declares an all-out personal war against Rosalind Shays when she discovers Rosalind taking over cases that Kelsey worked hard to bring in. But Rosalind successfully counter-attacks by play-acting as the poor victim and making it look to McKenzie and everyone else at the firm that Kelsey is the aggressor. After a brief fling, Grace and Kuzak decide not to get back together and he goes back to renew his relationship with Kimberly Dugan.

    Grace fights the overseas shipment of a donated kidney destined for a wealthy patient to help out a close friend. When she fails, Mullaney approaches Grace and hires a kidney broker in order to get a kidney for her friend. Meanwhile, Kuzak represents an angry, left-wing Vietnam veteran suing a patriotic son of a KIA Vietnam vet who assaulted him for burning an American flag at a Veterans Day demonstration. Murray and Benny pose a lawyers to get dates from a taxi-dance club they are now going to, and they later end up in jail for getting into a barroom brawl. Also, C.J. takes a humorous case of representing several overweight men injured in a bus accident who are suing the bus company involved.

    Dave Meyer comes back to the firm as a receiver and has some drastic recommendations to keep the firm solvent. Meanwhile, Brackman takes a rare litigation case of representing Susan Convers, a transsexual model who was fired after her sex change operation was discovered. Mullaney represents the family of a deceased college football player suing the university because he was allegedly made suicidal by steroid usage. Benny suffers a depression-related breakdown after witnessing the verbal fighting at the firm in which Kuzak drops his lawsuit. At the end, Kuzak, Grace and Victor leave the firm for good and Abby and Rollins come back, where Abby asks C.J. out on a date.
