David wakes up and finds himself with a woman he met, who is dead. so he calls Olivia and they first try to find out who she is and they learn that she may have been sent to get info from David. And David is still upset with Olivia for costing him his job. And Fitz is dealing with some Americans who are being held so he decides whether or not to mount a rescue operation. And chooses not to tell those involved or aware of the rigged election that he knows. And when he does order a rescue, he gets a surprise.
