Whipper and Renee try to defend her, but when all possible resolutions seem to lead through Joel, Ally could find herself in deep financial trouble. Richard and John are concerned that they don't know how please their women in bed.

During his summation, Billy collapses and is rushed to the hospital. Ally goes back to the firm, and informs everyone of Billy's death. Nell breaks up with Cage.
