Charlotte continues to use favors in the bedroom as pass overs for her personal shortcomings with Cooper, who's still in the dark regarding her new business venture, while Violet is put in a position to treat a mentally disturbed patient who seems capable of being a sexual predator.

When Meg gets a job at Oceanside, she gets off on the wrong foot by offering services not supported by the partners. Addison is caught in the middle of a tug-of-war in which a woman in a coma goes into labor and the father won't permit a C-section in order to save the baby in hopes that labor will bring the mother out of the coma.
