Hollis Doyle goes to Olivia and shows her a video of his daughter being held captive and saying, that if her father wants to see her, to send 20 million dollars. But Hollis says that his daughter has always been a problem child and this could just be an act. When her ear arrives, they wonder if it's true or not.
