They find the person who struck her, only problem is that the man is a diplomat who has diplomatic immunity. Olivia goes to see the President to ask him to have the man's immunity lifted. But he refuses to do anything. Olivia is then called by someone from the White House who offers to help her. David continues to investigate why Quinn's case was derailed and discovers someone powerful.

First they need to talk to Molly who was the one who pointed the finger at Osborne. But she's vanished.
