    Sean begins to feel boring and unwilling to take risks with Teddy, so he decides to impress her by making rash decisions. McNamara/Troy treat a patient with a very unique condition - a virus that gives him painful warts. Christian and Sean try to make the man look and feel human again, but they later discover that the warts continue to grow back. Christian relates with this patient because he earlier discovered that his breast cancer came back and even stronger. Christian only has six months to live so he decides to fly to Miami to propose to Liz.
