The deal is quickly changed from a movie to a sitcom, and Fran's afraid the news is going to devastate her mother. Sylvia takes the news surprisingly good. In fact, too good, leaving Fran suspicious about her. She goes to the Chatterbox after Sylvia, but Libby, the local yenta, tells her Sylvia's been seeing a doctor three times a week.
