Whipper and Renee try to defend her, but when all possible resolutions seem to lead through Joel, Ally could find herself in deep financial trouble. Richard and John are concerned that they don't know how please their women in bed.

Richard has just hired Jane as his new secretary, but when she points out to him that everybody in the office is cold, he is sad and with John's help, decide that drastic measures need to be taken.
