episode S4.E7 july 2011Det. Murdoch and Const. Crabtree investigate when a body is uncovered by workmen. The remains are quite old and date from perhaps the mid-1860s. Dr. Ogden's review of the remains indicate that he might have been murdered. Among the remains is a gin flask with a note secreted in a false bottom. The note is signed by none other than the man who would later become Canada's first Prime Minister, Sir John A. MacDonald. The dead man is soon identified and Murdoch's old nemesis from Ottawa, spook Terence Meyers, is on the scene as well.
