Russell tries to maintain her sobriety and it's strongly tested when her parents domestic problems get out of hand. Also, Martinez finally gets out of the hospital and returns to duty. But in a final surprising twist, Lesniak tells Martinez that she likes him as friend only... because she happens to be gay.
