Everyone is horrified when the insurance company orders them not to reveal that to the boy's parents, putting his life in grave danger. Jimmy, however, refuses to comply with those orders, telling the boy's parents everything - and is shocked to discover Eugene has reported him to the bar, recommending his immediate disbarment. -

The man is searching for his daughter, who believed that he murdered his wife, her mother. Ellenor is working on a gang killing case in which Alan Lowe is using unscrupulous tactics---so much so that he alienates Helen---in order to get the former-gang member's family to turn on him, tactics that endanger a suspect's family. The victim's family, however, sees Alan's gambit far differently. -

Meanwhile, Jimmy is hired by a woman who kidnapped a little girl many years ago, to anonymously inform the girl's mother that she is safe and sound. That action opens up a huge can of worms, resulting with the false arrest of the woman originally accused of the kidnapping. -

Bobby has dinner with Sarah, and Sarah claims he is starting an affair. Bobby and Lindsay's marriage takes a turn for the worse when Lindsay tells him that she doesn't love him. Lindsay says that she still wants their marriage to work out. Bobby kisses Sarah, and Lindsay sees. -
Les Is More
episode S7.E19 april 2003Jimmy goes to meet a mentally unstable old client of his, and is shocked to find himself being held by her at gunpoint. The event takes an even more bizarre turn when he discovers she has kidnapped CBS CEO Les Moonves, and is planning to play Russian Roulette with him on live television - while asking Jimmy to find a TV network willing to carry the broadcast. Meanwhile, Lindsay confronts Bobby about his affair, and even goes to Sarah for answers. -

- Jimmy defends a woman who shot her rapist to death, a job she makes very hard on him by not cooperating with his attempts to save her, refusing to show regret and helplessness on the stand. Meanwhile, Lucy is horrified to discover her dentist, who also happens to be Bobby's cousin, bit her breast while she was unconscious on his chair. She feels even further betrayed when Bobby agrees to represent him, and tries to convince her to settle for money.

Meamwhile, Lucy tries to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.
- Helen prosecutes a man for killing his wife, with his son as the only eye witness to the crime. However, her case begins to go south when the son changes his story and claims it was a accident, and Helen turns to Ellenor for assistance. Meanwhile, Lucy discovers hidden cameras planted throughout her apartment, and Judge Kittleson learns her personal life are also splattered all over the internet.
- With Eugene at the helm, the entire firm stands ready to defend Bobby in his trial for the murder of William Hinks. But no matter what the outcome of the trial turns out to be, William Hinks reaches out from the grave and manages to get the last laugh, when a deadly tragedy hits the firm.
- Lindsay represents an illegal alien, who the police is threatening to deport, unless he testifies against his brother in a murder trial. Helen is prosecuting a rapist, when his defense attorney goes after Lucy on the stand for her actions as a rape crisis counselor. Meanwhile, Eugene once again gets mixed up with incompetent attorney Harland Bassett.
- Bobby and Eugene defend Courtney Hansen, nicknamed by the media "The Black Widow", a woman accused of killing her weak-hearted husband by having sex with him to death. Having lost 2 previous husbands under mysterious circumstances, the ADA tries to prove it is her M.O. to marry sick old men for their money, and then kill them. Meanwhile, Helen tricks a confession out of a traumatized 15 year old girl, accused of killing her unborn baby, and Ellenor argues she is too young to withstand such trickery.

He turns to a desperate Richard, reeling from a recent chain of defeats, and offers him a questionable deal that goes against everything they ever believed in.

Lucy is paged by the rape crisis center to help an 11 year-old rape victim, whose rapist Helen is preparing to prosecute. Meanwhile, a disoriented Rebecca wakes up from her coma, and gets lost in the hospital.
