Oz is brash, witty and quite the showman in court. Eugene is defending a despicable client who murdered two young children. His revelation to his attorney, Eugene, in court and Eugene's reaction is a surprising moment. Balducci's actress client is a heartthrob of his youth their exchanges provide some sweet moments.

Once the ad hits the airwaves, the hall is full of potential clients and the most surprising one is his Mom who decides to tell her son that she wants to marry again and her lover is a woman. A man wants to sue his female dentist who he says sexually molested him pushing against the "rape shield laws". Also, a rape victim's testimony is attacked by Eugene who represents the supposed perpetrator.

    Line of Duty

    Bobby spends the night at Helen's. While they are in bed, someone calls Helen and leaves a message on her machine. It's the police telling her they're going to bust someone, which Bobby overhears. And the person who's going to be busted is one of his clients. He tells Eugene who tells him that he's duty bound to tell the client. He tells the client and because of that they were ready for the police and some of them were killed. Helen says that Bobby was the one who told about the bust. So Bobby is arrested. Initially he was charged with something minor but later they decided to charge him with murder. So with Eugene as his counsel, they decide to let the judge decide if he's guilty.
