Everyone in the park becomes uneasy about Randy. Randy stays true to his eviction policy - he now evicts J-Roc. Lahey finds illuminating evidence from old footage of the day he lost his badge - he seeks for reinstatement.

After Randy refuses to be a character witness at Laheys reinstatement hearing, Lahey turns to Bubbles - for his help Bubbles comes up with a peaceful price. Due to Rickys prank calls, Sam comes to the park to get what he is owed from Randy.

Ricky, Julian and Bubbles are stealing meat from a grocery store in an effort to make money. Julian however, inspired by the words of his 3rd grade teacher, decides to quit stealing and seek legal gainful employment, and gets a job delivering pizzas. The lack of manpower puts a cramp in Ricky's meat-stealing operation, and he begins to curse Corey and Trevor's absence. Sarah later tells the camera that Corey and Trevor are staying in a mental hospital to recover from the nervous breakdowns they suffered as a result of the constant abuse Ricky has visited upon them over the years. Ricky decides to steal a massive quantity of meat from a delicatessen, and hatches a plan that would have Bubbles hiding in the freezer until the store closes. The deli turns out to be open later than he remembers however, and Bubbles remains locked in the freezer for three hours. When the store closes, Ricky orders a pizza and when Julian arrives, the two abandon the plan to steal meat and rescue Bubbles from the freezer.

J-Roc has set up an in-park store selling luggage stolen from the airport - Julian and Lucy are involved. George and Ted start doing surveillance on them. Ricky has concerns about who the father of Lucys baby is - Lucy finally comes clean.

George and Ted attack Lahey for not filing the warrants they got for the Boys. Randy and Phil catch them which forces George and Teds hand. Lahey recruits the Boys to help him take George and Ted down by staging a beating on Ray.

Julian offers to partner with Barb so that she can keep the trailer park, but they need Lahey's cooperation over his deciding one percent share.

When Orangie, Ricky's goldfish, dies after being given too many shooters, Julian and Bubbles try to replace it with another before Ricky finds out.

Local TV celebrity Steve Rogers returns and rents Julian's bar for his stag party, which gets of out hand and overflows into Bubbles's Shed-and-Breakfast sheds.

Bubbles' attempts to clear up a crab infestation in his sheds and on his kitties cause him embarrassment, and he's arrested for indecent exposure.

When the compressor air conditioner breaks, Bubbles has to turn his sheds into an industrial honey oil manufacturing complex to save Ricky's weed.

While being filmed by George Green, Bubbles gets his oil production going, aiming to make enough money to buy the trailer park for Barb and Julian.

The boys sell their entire honey-oil output to Sebastian Bach, but to seal the deal for the trailer park, Julian must do something truly terrible.

Julian and Ricky get out of jail and return to Sunnyvale Trailer Park, but when they arrive, they find nothing is as they left it.

Ricky tries to keep his family together despite not being allowed back in the park, while Julian and Bubbles try to get business going again.

The venue for Trinity's wedding is changed to the hospital so Ricky can be there, even though he remains in a coma. Mr. Lahey reveals the secret Barb had been blackmailing him with and Barb and Julian each have tough decisions to make regarding the Park and their roles in both its history and its future.

Bubbles and Julian get themselves into some greasy business with lobsters and farmers. Lahey reveals his big secret to Ricky. Randy receives some news concerning his application to the police academy.
