    Episode #5.2

    episode S5.E2 october 2013
Rudy is shocked to see his father Geoff (whom he had told he was at university) having sex publicly with another woman, Tina. Later, in company with Jess, Rudy sees Geoff threaten Tina and on a further visit they see him cleaning blood from the floor and burning her clothes. Determined to get to the truth Rudy goes for a drink with Geoff, who explains that, following the storm, he has the power to clone himself (like Rudy, though Rudy keeps quiet about that) and there is a bad Geoff, who has not killed Tina but stolen her money. Jess and Rudy help the good Geoff to restore Tina's money to her and, after the bad clone has tricked Geoff's wife Pat into having sex with him, they overpower him. The balance restored, Rudy tells his parents Jess is his girlfriend, thus dispelling their suspicion that he was gay. Abby finds a purple scarf with an enticing smell, which leads her to a girl called Laura, with whom she hits it off whilst at the support group Rudy 2 meets Sam, who claims he can fly - rather like one of the figures on Maggie's sweater - and Tim, who believes he lives in a violent computer game.

Laura is scared by this and rejects Abby, who feels depressed. However the two girls combine to get rid of Scary, the bogeyman Laura feared as a child and they remain friends. Greg, having seen Finn being 'exorcised' by Alex, mistakenly believes the boy is gay and makes advances to him - which almost results in the death of yet another supervisor though Greg, feeling ashamed, agrees to back off whilst Rudy is saved from a mugger by flying super-hero Sam.

    Episode #5.4

    episode S5.E4 november 2013
After Rudy 2 goes missing the others encounter a befuddled old man who, from his tattoos, is clearly a geriatric version of the clone. Then Rudy discovers a young man threatening the elderly fellow and calling him Mr Johnson before trying to kill him. The youngster was originally an old chap called Mr Johnson and, following the storm, he received the power to swap ages with people - in this case Rudy 2 - so he can marry his young nurse. Rudy forces him to redress the balance and restore his clone before getting closer to Jess.Meanwhile Alex is reluctant to use his power on Stuart, whose unfortunate talent is to end up literally in the closet when he denies that he is gay, but he does give him good advice.
