Gwen feels betrayed when she thinks that Kittredge used their relationship to damage one of Becker's clients involving a woman her elderly mother, whom is Becker's client, for ownership of the lady's estate. Also, Mullaney goes to Palm Springs to act as a mentor to a novice female D.A. in a murder case.

Grace get a personal message from beyond as she represents a widower who claims he was bilked out of a fortune by a psychic.
