Liberty plans to gain status in college by pledging a sorority. Her determination to fit in and impress the sorority sisters ultimately strains her friendship with Manny and Emma. Holly J is elected Student Council President and revels in being the queen bee in school. However, a crush on a fellow classmate may unseat Holly J's influence.

Holly J is desperate to maintain her popularity after finding out her parents are having a financial crisis. Peter's mom crashes at his place while she is in town but it starts to put a cramp Peter's social life.

After an explosive outburst, Conner ends up expelled from school. When Clare finds out Conner's behavior is caused by a medical disorder, she protests the administration's unfair treatment of him. Sav wants to prove his devotion to Anya by inviting her to dinner with his supremely strict family.

Alli, fed up with Holly J taunting her, starts posting hurtful messages about Holly J on the Internet. Peter forms a bond with his baby sister.

The pressure at Degrassi reaches an insane level as end-of-year exams loom over the students. Mia folds under the stress and plans to drop out of school to devote her time to modeling. Holly J is upset when she receives a less-than-perfect grade on an art project and must push herself to create something more expressive. Sav struggles with whether to sign up for engineering classes or music classes for his next year at Degrassi.

Spinner and Holly J are held at gunpoint when a robber comes into The Dot. Connor tries to reconcile KC and Clare while Peter tries to make amends with Mia.

Riley is desperate to prove he isn't gay and plans to prove it by sleeping with Fiona. Anya embraces the gamer lifestyle while Dave's crush on Jenna intensifies.

Riley tries to seduce Fiona to prove he's straight but gives up when he realizes how unfair it is to manipulate Fiona's emotions. Sav is confused by Anya's new interest in role-playing games and Dave doesn't get the reaction he hoped for when he admits his feelings to Jenna.

Fiona's new outlook on life opens her eyes to her boyfriend's anger issues. Will she be able to help him or will she end up in danger? Holly J convinces Anya to pull a nasty trick on Sav to get him to drop out of the election. Dave makes a play for Alli.

Once the election results come in, Anya has to tell one more lie to cover up for her previous deception. Holly J's devious streak continues when she betrays a friend in order to pay for a private tutoring course.

KC's mother enters his life again and wants to regain custody of him. But is KC ready to accept her? Similarly, Clare's new English partner Eli helps her confront her own family problems. Alli and Drew play a racy stripping game at a party.

Life is good for KC until his mom shows up to win back custody. When his BFs give him grief about allowing her a second chance, he starts hanging with a tougher crowd.

Riley attempts to fit in with the guys on the team by joking around and saying gay jokes which upsets Zane. To try to make things better he attends an LGBT meeting. Eli and Clare's romance suddenly takes off...only to crash when Eli distances himself.

Riley will do anything to win Zane back. But when he violently overreacts to homophobic comments from some guys on the football team, Riley throws their renewed relationship into jeopardy.

Declan's back for a visit and he wants Holly J back too and Sav's not to happy about it. Will she choose their loaded history over her 'casual' thing with Sav? Clare starts to consider getting a piercing and disobeying parents.

Holly J feels extremely conflicted about what happened with Declan at his party. But was it just a bad decision, or something much, much worse. Jenna and Sav develop a romantic relationship while working on a duet for the Wishing Star Week. But things get complicated when Jenna makes her move and we find out that the romantic infatuation might only be one sided. Jenna might be in over her head when she attempts to take on Holly J. to win Sav in a battle she might already be losing unknowingly. Later in the class Adam meets up with Fiona who seems to complain about not wanting to go to the dance because she can't seem buy this new dress. Fiona talks about how her New York parties were the best compare to parties thrown by the school. Eli and Clare take Adam to a secret place of worship. They found during their urban adventures. Adam complements them and think this is a perfect place for a party.

Eli wants Clare to come to Bloomington with him and his folks for a goth fiction convention. Jenna is upset that KC isn't taking the impending birth as seriously as she thinks he should. Holly J tries to get a handle on her real feelings about her relationship with Sav.

When Adam and Dave are tapped to share an in-school radio show called Mano a Mano, Dave has some gender issues with his co-host. Fiona gets the cold shoulder in drama class and cuts school to spend time with Charlie. Clare tries writing a sample assignment for the paper but there's a clash of styles with the paper's editor.

The school reacts badly to Dave's on-air comments about his co-host's gender identity. Clare continues her campaign to get on the school paper. Fiona gets a surprising new challenge at school.

Eli finds he's having trouble writing and tries substituting meds for a muse. Riley meets a girl that his mother says wants college info and finds himself on a date. KC lingers at work to avoid Jenna and his parental quagmire.

Riley invites Zane to his birthday dinner as a friend but Zane is uncomfortable hiding his true status. Eli goes off his meds and Imogen encourages him get over Clare. KC begins to enjoy work, particularly the closing shift, and gets promoted thanks to Marisol.

After getting rejected by Dr. Chris and Toronto University, Anya's self-esteem is at an all-time low. Anya needs a boost of confidence and tries to find it through artificial means.

Holly J's dialysis is not working and her doctor recommends a kidney transplant. When her parents aren't matches, she learns the truth: she's adopted.

Eli, still off his meds, is convinced he can win Clare back. His plan? Use the play, and Imogen's help, to break up Clare and Jake. But when Clare makes it clear that there is no future for her and Eli, Eli's mania turns to depression.

As Eli stretches the limits of sanity in a bid to get Clare back, someone else is just as willing to push the limits for Eli... Imogen.
