episode S2.E4 october 2012Olivia is asked by Senator Davis to help locate a missing girl because her parents are his constituents. They find her, she appears to have been the victim of a hit and run. They find the person who struck her, only problem is that the man is a diplomat who has diplomatic immunity. Olivia goes to see the President to ask him to have the man's immunity lifted. But he refuses to do anything. Olivia is then called by someone from the White House who offers to help her. David continues to investigate why Quinn's case was derailed and discovers someone powerful.
