When Frank and Carol veto Dana's plan to have a no-adults party for her 17th birthday, she decides to rent a hotel room. Things become complicated when Frank and Carol do so (for a romantic weekend) in the same hotel, but the only available one is the one across the hall from Dana's. Meanwhile, Cody is asked to mediate a dispute between Al and Karen over a ruined blouse.
