Frank spends the day with a young man who won a contest and he tells Frank that he doesn't think that the police give equal priority. He talks about how his mother was killed and how it's still unsolved. Danny is investigating the murder of two men who along with two others were charged with raping a girl, but because of a technicality they got off. Danny wonders if he should really give it his all.
